Formerly Senior Vice President with Executive Career Moves, Mr. Silvert established the company's consulting program, both managing the firm's professional staff and working directly with clients. Prior experience includes Recruiting and Human Resources.
A musician earlier in life, Dan can still impress his two youngest sons at the piano. The wife and daughter know better.

Eugene Gentile has 30 years of experience helping companies increase sales, expand revenue sources, reduce costs and realize greater profits. His intensive background in business brings a sales and marketing aspect to his approach to coaching. Mr. Gentile came to Silver Career Management as a consultant to the firm and helped to define many of the core principles that Silver Career Management operates under today. Today Mr. Gentile coaches a wide range of clients seeking a career transition either within their own existing organizations and industries or without.
Mr. Gentile is active in the Rutgers Alumni Association where as co-chair of the Undergraduate Committee he leads the team that developed a wildly successful and completely free student-alumni annual speed networking event. Several other universities are currently using the Rutgers Program as a model for their own operations.
Mr. Gentile and his wife currently chair the Sights and Sounds Festival, an annual visual and performing arts competition for over 600 children and young adults. The event takes place in one day and features approximately 80 group and 160 individual events, three meals for 800 people each, a dance, a religious service and an awards ceremony. Several thousand pieces of art and literature are also judged previous to the event.
